so today we went to see winnie the pooh. I did good there. I brought my own popcorn and didn't eat any candy. Yeah me!!!!! Drank water too, not soda. When we got home, I cut the grass in the front, still have to do the back, and then played on the pole for about an hour. Got a really great bruise on my arm from trying to invert and not doing it quite right. I have Got to learn how to move my body to the right side of the pole when I am upsidedown. But it is very scary!!! Oh well.
I did not over eat today but I think I am not eating enough. HMMMMMMM, we will see in a couple days if I have lost any weight.

another day, another day
So I did pretty good yesterday on my food. I never did any working out or anything put.... I was food good. I went to zumba this morning. It was the german lady again. I think she is trying to kill me thru dance. I am so tired and have been for the past 2 hours. Having a snack of apples before I go to bed. Apples are better than cookies, right? Wonder what tomorrow will bring? Hopefully something fun.

a sleepy day
so I havent done any actual "exersize" today. I woke up last night at about 2 with a killer headache and then woke up at about 7 to tired to want to move, and the headache hadnt gone away. And with my little mini-me's swim lessons pushed back about 45 minutes, I didnt feel like speeding home, getting on some sneakers and socks and then speeding back for a zumba class. I might try to jump on the eliptical machine or maybe the pole and try some kickups for a little while.
On a high note, I did stay mostly within my calorie intake yesterday. I did eat a ton of watermelon last night but it was soooooo good. Going to eat the rest of the rice and tritip for dinner tonight and maybe a salad also since i am still way under my calorie intake of the day. more later!!!!

day 1 exersize
yeah!!!!! I did it. i went to the gym today and did a zumba class. I think that the instructor was trying to kill us. OMG!!!!!!!! Also went to the pool for an hour so that is good. I was in the water for an hour and kept moving. =)

So I have decided that since I am going to be 40 this year and after 6 years baby weight is now called fat. I want to be more of a milf than a muffin top lover. I am going to try to post on here what i eat and if i exercise each day, even if no one else is reading this. So I will check in later with what I am eating and such
