so I havent done any actual "exersize" today. I woke up last night at about 2 with a killer headache and then woke up at about 7 to tired to want to move, and the headache hadnt gone away. And with my little mini-me's swim lessons pushed back about 45 minutes, I didnt feel like speeding home, getting on some sneakers and socks and then speeding back for a zumba class. I might try to jump on the eliptical machine or maybe the pole and try some kickups for a little while.
On a high note, I did stay mostly within my calorie intake yesterday. I did eat a ton of watermelon last night but it was soooooo good. Going to eat the rest of the rice and tritip for dinner tonight and maybe a salad also since i am still way under my calorie intake of the day. more later!!!!
